Revision Resources
The internet is packed full of help with revision for all kinds of different subjects. People learn in different ways so it is worth trying all of the different revision resources here well in advance of your exams to find the best techniques for you. From taking online tests, following an online revision guide and even watching video clips and listening to podcasts, there are many different ways to revise. Revision guides are also helpful, but with so many to choose from it can be easy to get confused. We review the different revision guides in our ‘Revision Guides’ section to help you make the best choice.
Here is a selection of different online resources that can help with all aspects of exam preparation. Many of them have been developed by teachers and education experts to help you achieve the most from your preparation and perform as well as you can in your exams.  BBC Bitesize is an informative network designed to cover all topics and many different levels, including GCSE. The BBC Bitesize resources include online revision guides, summary tests and educational games to reinforce your learning. BBC Bitesize is also home to a range of message boards where you can ask questions and discuss your revision with other students.
 SAM learning works closely with schools to provide a very in depth revision resources. SAM learning provides a range of resources followed by a test at the end of each resources section. Teachers are able to track progress. To use SAM learning ask your teacher if your school is registered with them.
Many of the major exam boards also provide lots of supporting resources. Examinations boards also provide previous exam papers to use as resources. Click on the exam board logos to see what each has available for revision.
