Exam Timetables
For most young people, the most important part of their education is their final examinations. These are what all pupils have been working towards throughout their whole school career and over just a few weeks their future careers can be influenced by how well they do in their examinations. This can be a nervewracking time for all involved; teachers work endlessless to provide catch up sessions, parents try to support their children in any way possible and the pupils whenselves can feel overwhelmed by what is probably the most stressful point in their lives today. There are many ways to help us prepare for exams and by being prepared young people can walk into every exam knowing that they have done everything they can to prepare themselves for the next few hours of their lives. The importance of preparation can not be over emphasised - and by knowing your exam timetables you are one step closer to being prepared. By revising thoroughly using revision guides and different revision techniques, taking advantage of the numerous home tutors that can provide expert tuition and following a sensible revision timetable. Revision timetables are the key to effective revision, and here on Education and Home Tutors we have designed revision timetables to help you organise your revision for the time leading to your exams.
The most important step in preparing for any revision and examinations, including GCSE, is to know exactly when your exam is. Exam timetables are published by the examination boards to inform parents, schools and students about the upcoming periods of examinations. Exam timetables are broken down into the different qualifications offered by each examinations board. If you are unsure about which exams you are taking so that you can find your exam timetables, ask your teacher to provide you with a list or their own exam timetables. Most schools will also have their own exam timetables prepared and should be providing exam timetables to pupils shortly. Click on the individual examinations boards to be directed to their bank of exam timetables.
